Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how medicines and other treatment-related products prescribed or supplied through NavMitra Clinic may be dispatched and delivered to patients.

Medicine delivery is available only where applicable and subject to prescription, product availability, delivery location and courier serviceability.

Medicine Delivery

Where Ayurvedic medicines are prescribed by the doctor after consultation, patients may choose to receive the medicines at their provided delivery address, subject to availability and serviceability.

Submitting a consultation enquiry does not automatically create a medicine order.

Medicines are dispatched only after the treatment or order has been confirmed.

Delivery Locations

NavMitra Clinic may arrange delivery to serviceable locations across India through third-party courier or logistics providers.

Delivery availability can vary depending on:

  • PIN code
  • Courier coverage
  • Local restrictions
  • Product availability
  • Operational or weather conditions

If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and discuss the available options.

Delivery Address

Patients are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Complete Address
  • City
  • State
  • PIN Code
  • Nearby landmark, where useful

Please check your address carefully before confirming the order.

NavMitra Clinic may not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the patient.

Order Confirmation

Before dispatch, the clinic team may confirm:

  • Patient details
  • Prescribed medicines
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number
  • Payment status
  • Order amount, where applicable

An order should be considered confirmed only after the required details and payment, where applicable, have been successfully completed.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch after confirmation and availability of the prescribed medicines.

The expected delivery period may vary depending on the destination, courier partner and other operational conditions.

An estimated delivery timeframe may be communicated to the patient when the order is processed or dispatched.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed dates, as courier delays may occasionally occur outside the clinic’s reasonable control.

Private & Discreet Packaging

We understand that sexual-health treatment is personal.

Where reasonably possible, medicines are packed and dispatched in a simple and discreet manner so that unnecessary information about the patient’s sexual-health concern is not displayed externally.

Shipping labels may still contain information required by the courier, applicable law or delivery process, such as the patient’s name, address, contact details, sender information and shipment information.

Shipping Charges

Shipping or courier charges, where applicable, will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipment weight
  • Courier service
  • Delivery method
  • Other applicable logistics costs

Any applicable charges should be confirmed before payment.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is provided by the courier partner, it may be shared with the patient through WhatsApp, SMS or another available communication channel.

Tracking updates are generated by the courier company and may sometimes take time to appear after dispatch.

Delayed Delivery

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances such as:

  • Courier network delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Local restrictions
  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Remote delivery location
  • Operational disruptions

If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact our team so that we can assist with checking the delivery status.

Failed Delivery

A courier may be unable to complete delivery if:

  • The recipient is unavailable
  • Calls are unanswered
  • The address cannot be located
  • Incorrect contact details were provided
  • Delivery is refused
  • The delivery location becomes unserviceable

If the shipment is returned to NavMitra Clinic, re-dispatch may require confirmation of the address and additional shipping charges where applicable.

Damaged Package

Please inspect the outer package when it is delivered.

If the parcel appears seriously damaged, opened, leaking or tampered with, contact NavMitra Clinic promptly.

Where possible, please keep:

  • The outer packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Medicine packaging
  • Invoice/order details
  • Clear photographs or video of the damaged package

This helps us review the issue with the courier or fulfilment team.

Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive:

  • A medicine different from the confirmed order
  • An incorrect quantity
  • A missing item
  • A damaged or leaking product

please contact our team as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and supporting photographs where required.

After verification, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund may be provided according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do Not Use a Damaged or Incorrect Medicine

If you believe a medicine has been damaged, contaminated, opened or incorrectly supplied, please do not use it until you have spoken with our team or doctor.

Patient safety should take priority over completing the treatment schedule.

Delivery of Prescribed Medicines Only

Medicines prescribed for one patient should not be shared with another person.

A medicine recommended for one individual may not be appropriate for another person even if the symptoms appear similar.

Changes to Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us before the order is dispatched.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, address changes may not be possible or may cause additional delay or charges.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel a medicine order before dispatch, contact our team as soon as possible.

Cancellation eligibility depends on whether the order has already been processed, packed or handed over to the courier.

For complete cancellation and refund terms, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If the parcel is refused at delivery or returned to the clinic, shipping or return-related charges may apply where permitted under our policy.

Delivery & Patient Confidentiality

Delivery information is used only as reasonably necessary to fulfil the shipment and provide related support.

Necessary details such as the patient’s name, mobile number and address may be shared with courier or logistics providers.

Medical details should not be shared with delivery partners unless required for a legitimate legal or operational purpose.

Please review our Privacy Policy and Patient Confidentiality Policy for more information.

Third-Party Courier Services

NavMitra Clinic may use third-party courier and logistics providers for delivery.

Once a shipment is handed over to the courier, certain aspects of delivery — including route, delivery attempt timing and tracking updates — may be controlled by the courier provider.

We will reasonably assist patients with delivery issues, but some delays may be outside our direct control.
